Booking & Cancellation Policy

Payment is made at the club once your place in the game has been confirmed. No advance payment is required.

If you cannot attend, please cancel at least 24 hours before the game so another player can take your place.

Late cancellations and no-shows are handled as follows:

• First occurrence: a warning.
• A second occurrence within 30 days: a temporary suspension from booking new games for 7 days.

Late cancellations and no-shows do not incur a full game charge. If an emergency occurs, please contact the organiser so we can consider your circumstances.

Warnings are private and visible only to you and the organiser.
